Tithes and Offerings. Use numbered offering envelopes. Hand them out in December. Do not enlist folks who are not tithing, faithful, going soul winning. When counseling on money-find out from the financial departnent ahead of time if they are tithing. Give a pep talk before offering time. Mention it in “by the way” statements in preaching and teaching.
