I will be flying out of Longview, TX, to DFW and then on to Corpus Christi, TX, to preach for one of our TEXAS BAPTIST COLLEGE grads Pastor Chuck Brushe. He pastors the NEW HOPE BAPTIST CHURCH and has done a marvelous job of leading them in soul winning in spite of his ill health. There is no human explanation for this good man of God to still be going except for the grace of God.
His son Chuck is also a graduate of TBC and he is doing a great job of helping his dad. Pastor Brushe mentioned yesterday how his church has been giving $4,000 a month to missions. This is a great reflection of God’s hand being on them. Anyone who goes after the unsaved God will pay the travel expense.

Mrs. G and I have been married for 47 years and God has blessed us with 4 wonderful children and 10 extremely wonderful grandchildren. Would you like to see a picture? Ha!
Our two boys, Scott and Bob are preachers. Our two daughters think they are preachers. Ha! Just ask their husbands!
Mrs. G has had 35 surgeries and this next one is scheduled for Jan. 29. The doctors are going to place a metal plate on the front of her neck. They will have to go through the front of her neck. She has had two bone transplants that have not worked in that area. The doctors believe this will help.
