This weekend I will be traveling to Corsicana, TX, to preach for my long time friend Pastor Chad Owens. They recently bought a Methodist church building in down town Corsicana. This will be my first time preaching at that facility. I am looking forward to being with him and his dear people at UNITY BAPTIST CHURCH.
MRS. G IS HOME AND DOING WELL
Thank all of you for your prayers for Mrs. G. She had a disc removed from her neck along with a metal plate put on the back of her neck. She is resting and recovering. I have been home for two weeks taking care of her and dealing with a bad case of walking pneumonia. It was like the GRAY NURSING HOME around here for two weeks. I am a little weak, but looking forward to teaching and preaching this week en.
NEW BOOK – “JACK HYLES-THE COMMUNICATOR”
The hardest thing about this new book is contemplating what to leave out. It will be a book of insight into the preaching, teaching, and principles of communication that will be of tremendous help to any child of God especially a leader in a local church.
