Small churches. Do everything yourself at first. Use faithful laymen as leaders. Make sure they prove themselves faithful first. Meet with them regularly. Hire a Maintenance Man first. Hire a Financial Secretary second. Brainstorm. Teach them how to lead others. Give them room to grow.
