Get written permission for baptism from the parents before the child rides any bus route. Have a simple Baptismal tract explaining baptism to the child. Invite the parents to attend the baptism of their child. Prepare a Baptismal Certificate to give them. Take pictures for the parents. Pastor should visit the home delivering the certificate.
