Motivators who cease to produce personally cease to motivate & are prone to create new truths. Two types-inward & outward. Example & exhortation are needed to motivate. Example motivates those already involved. Exhortation motivates those who are not involved. The two combined work. A fresh view of the old obeyed truth motivates. No need to create new truth.
