God’s Power. The Holy Spirit does not live in a church bldg. He lives in the saved. The Holy Spirit is housed in our spirit. Man’s spirit can quench the Holy Spirit. His power does not depend on who is not in church, but who is. 120 in the upper room prayed down Pentecost.
