Teamwork. Honor those working with you. Let them become experts. Build them up in the eyes of others. If they cannot hurt you they cannot help you. Counsel using + – – + (plus, minus, minus, plus) in your meetings. Teach them to respect other team members. Don’t overlap duties. Use brainstorming meetings to get them to open up.
