Staff. Do everything yourself first. Use those who have an interest and heart in a ministry. Help them reach their potential. Treat them like paid staff. Weekly meetings. Assigned duties. You get what you inspect not what you expect. Do not rush to hire. Time will reveal. Don’t depend on the staff, volunteer or paid, to build the local church.
