Restoration. Keep a prayer list of prodigals. Do not let preaching on holiness create Pharisees. Balance the spiritual meals. Leave an open door. Weave the truth of restoration into sermons. Thank God for salvaged souls as well as saved souls. Remind folks of the love of God.
