Soul Winning-Have set times to go. Have one big church wide time. Print up a SOUL WINNER PAPER. Teach for 20 minutes from a new list of ideas every week. The pastor should then give a challenge to win ONE. Let them know you, the pastor, are NOT coming back without at least one for followup.
