IDEA-Leading Pushing at the Same Time. Lead by example and then use exhortation. Do not disassociate personally what you want collectively. Produce yourself what you want produced in others. Exhortation without pressure is not exhortation. Know when to let up. Stay in the lead.

IDEA-Proselyting Versus Propagating. There are only so many transfers. There are innumerable converts. Church growth for the sake of church growth is wrong. ? Bible methods used by Baptists for 2,000 yrs is where it begins. Turning soul winning into service groups is proselyting.
